This domain serves the images and file attachments that appear inside help centers, knowledge bases and documentation sites built with HelpKit. It carries no website of its own — it exists so that media embedded in our customers' help centers loads quickly and from a stable address.
If you found this domain in a firewall, proxy or web-filter log, it is almost certainly because someone in your organisation opened a help center or support site operated by one of your software vendors. The page itself is served from that vendor's own domain; only its images come from here.
If this domain is blocked, help center pages still load but every image on them is missing. That is the usual symptom.

ファイアウォール・プロキシ・Web フィルタのログでこのドメインをご覧になった場合、 社内の方が取引先ソフトウェアベンダーのヘルプセンターを閲覧されたことが理由です。 ページ本体はベンダー自身のドメインから配信され、画像のみが当ドメインから配信されます。
当ドメインが遮断されている場合、ヘルプセンターのページは表示されますが、画像がすべて表示されなくなります。
